Берём 2 луковицы( мелко режем и поджариваем на сковороде в 1 столовой ложке сливочного масла), затем 1 морковку подкидываем, мелко порезанную).Добавляем щепотку соли,щепотку сахара,щепотку перца чёрного.Минуты 2 пожарим … И отодвинув нашу поджарку , положим 2 ГРУДКИ курицы, разрезанные на крупные кусочки( тоже немного пожарим с обеих сторон) — Щепотку соли с обеих сторон. Затем положим 3 помидора черри( разрезав на 3 части каждый),четвертинку сладкого красного перца на 2 минуты . И наливаем воду 1,5 стакана и тушим 30-35 минут на среднем огне.( под полузакрытой крышкой). После этого 10 г соли, 5г сахара, 3 горошины перца и лавровый листик небольшой, 3 мелко нашинкованные дольки чеснока, 3 ст.л томатного сока. И тушим ещё 10 минут. ВСЁ !!! Снимаем с плиты и по тарелкам!!!!( где по-русски уже лежит картофельное пюре на молочке сделанное) , легко посыпаем укропом или петрушкой каждому в Тарелку по желанию.
